Packaging Films Business is one of the core operations for our company; we manufacture Bi-axially Oriented Polyester (BOPET) Film which is predominantly used in Flexible Packaging, Lamination, Metallization, Insulation/Wrap, Yarn, Flexible Ducting and other industrial applications. We have two PET Film manufacturing lines with a combined capacity of 30000 TPA, making us one of the largest BOPET manufacturers in India. One of these lines is a state of the art 8.5 meter wide line (25000 TPA) from Dornier (Germany). This line is located in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in India and is focused mainly on exports. Our Metallizing capability consists of an ultra-modern 2.5 meter wide Metallizer from Bobst Group, UK (Valmet). We also manufacture wide-web Holographic PET Films through a modern 1.65 meter Soft Embossing Holographic Machine from Diaures (Italy) installed at SEZ premises. We have already declared an expansion for another BOPET film line and a 2.5 meter Metallizer. After expansion our capacity would be ~ 60000 TPA.
